In the last 8 years we have completed a huge number of single/double story extensions ranging from small vestibule add on up to 200 square meter add ons. They also range vastly in design from simple design with standard materials to specialist designed systems including eco friendly and disability access designs.
Historic Building Restoration
Smith & McMath Ltd have taken part in and operated as Main Contractor in a number of high profile restoration projects in recent years. These include the complete and sympathetic restorations of a 16th century tower and a 17th century stately home in East Lothian as well as an ongoing project on one of Perths busiest streets where a historic tenement building structural integrity has been severely damaged though years of poor maintenance and neglect.
